For one of our client based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a .Net Developer/Team leader with a practical experience in building WEB-based applications. The successful candidate will be in charge of the support, maintenance and development of critical applications used word wide inside the group:
· Responsible for day-to-day application support and maintenance deliveries
· Work with the application business owners to define the business specifications
· Performs impact analysis against change requests in coordination with team members
· Establish priorities and team work plans
· Monitors and reports on the developer activities
· Participates in process definition and improvement, in coordination with the Team Manager
· Participates to identify and establish best practices for process improvement of application maintenance
· Maintenance of existing and newly developed applications
· Assumes full team responsibility in the absence of the team manager
The right candidate has proven experience in people management. He will be familiar with different stages of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment.
He will be motivated and have interest in the business aspects of the application. He will also be interested in detailed technical work to maximize code reusability across applications.
